Skylinx Global Solutions ("Skylinx", "we", "us") is an Indian partnership firm and the owner of Emplinx. This policy covers this corporate website, enquiries, demonstrations, recruitment correspondence and related business administration. We determine the purposes of our own enquiry and relationship records. For personal data entrusted to Emplinx or contracted services, the customer normally determines the purposes and authorised use, and we process it under the applicable agreement and data processing terms. Customer notices and service-specific notices also apply.

• Business contact details you submit in our contact form: first and last name, email, company, phone, selected service and message, together with correspondence you send us. Required fields are identified in the form. Please avoid submitting health records, identity documents, payroll details or other sensitive information through a general enquiry.
• Usage data including request and security information such as IP addresses, browser details and technical logs. Google Analytics is enabled only when configured and you accept optional analytics. A local browser record stores your accept or decline choice; when analytics is not configured, that banner is not shown. External font providers may receive network information when fonts load. Browser settings can restrict cookies and storage; use Cookie settings in the footer to review or withdraw optional analytics permission when analytics is configured; browser settings also let you clear the stored choice.
• Platform data belongs to a separate service context. Workforce, candidate, payroll, project and other records are processed only for the enabled, agreed service and lawful customer instructions. Your employer or customer administrator normally handles employment decisions, access and retention requests. This corporate enquiry form does not provide access to those records.

• To answer enquiries, arrange requested demonstrations, consider recruitment correspondence and administer the business relationship. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing; any required marketing permission must be obtained separately.
• To deliver agreed services, diagnose technical issues and protect the website and service records. Optional analytics is used to understand website use when accepted. Providing an enquiry and accepting optional analytics are separate choices.
• To administer contracts and invoices, address complaints and meet applicable legal duties. We assess the lawful ground for each purpose and obtain any consent or additional notice the law requires. India’s DPDP Act and Rules have phased commencement; rights and duties apply when the relevant provisions take effect. Other applicable privacy rules remain relevant during the transition.

Security measures must suit the data, service and applicable legal duties. Specific controls, access permissions, incident handling and assurance evidence are addressed in the service agreement and operational records. This page does not establish ISO certification, a SOC 2 report or HIPAA compliance. Healthcare or other sensitive workloads require a separate assessment and the applicable safeguards and agreements before records are provided. Report a suspected security issue to security@skylinxglobal.com; please avoid including unnecessary sensitive data.

Website enquiries may pass through hosting, email delivery and support providers. Optional analytics and remote fonts involve their respective providers; their processing can occur outside India. We may also disclose relevant records to professional advisers or authorities when lawfully necessary. For customer data, permitted recipients, locations and transfer safeguards must be identified in the applicable data processing terms. A product’s primary hosting location does not establish that every recipient or backup is in that location. This policy does not authorise sale of customer data or its independent use to train general-purpose AI models.

You may request information about your personal data, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, subject to the law that applies, its commencement and lawful retention exceptions. Portability and objection rights are jurisdiction-dependent. Requests about customer-controlled Emplinx records should normally go to your organisation; we assist under its agreement. We may need proportionate identity verification. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing, and may affect a service that needs the data. Retention depends on the record and purpose, including enquiry handling, recruitment, contracts, accounting, security and applicable legal requirements. Customer-controlled retention, export and deletion are governed by the accepted service terms and instructions. Deletion may be restricted by legal holds or necessary statutory records; backups and logs follow their relevant schedules. This page does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion from every system. Ask the privacy contact about the period or criteria relevant to your record.

Approved changes will be published with the relevant review or effective date. A new processing purpose may require a separate notice or consent; continuing to browse does not replace required consent. A website update does not amend an existing customer contract. This corporate website is directed to business enquiries, not children. Please contact us if a child’s information has been submitted so the appropriate action can be assessed.
