Emplinx is a Skylinx product, not a separate contracting entity.

Use this website lawfully for information and business enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, upload malicious material or misuse another person’s information. Examples, dashboard figures and scenario outcomes are illustrative unless expressly supported by a verified customer record. Website descriptions and demonstrations do not guarantee availability, compatibility or a business result. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Products and professional services require an accepted agreement, order or statement of work identifying scope, deliverables, availability, customer responsibilities, fees, taxes and payment terms. That agreement governs service delivery and prevails over conflicting website summaries, subject to mandatory law. Emplinx modules, integrations, support, security responsibilities, service levels and any AI-assisted actions depend on the enabled service and accepted terms; employment, payroll and other material decisions require authorised human responsibility. Cancellation, refunds, suspension, termination and data return follow the applicable agreement and law. This website does not create a universal refund window, uptime guarantee, recovery target or penalty.

Website content, trademarks and software are protected by applicable intellectual property law and belong to Skylinx or the relevant owners. Customer ownership, deliverable licences and third-party components are governed by the accepted agreement. Hosted Emplinx access does not by itself transfer source-code ownership. Technology references do not imply endorsement, provider partnership or certification.

Confidential information exchanged during an evaluation or engagement is handled under the applicable confidentiality agreement or service terms. Do not send confidential, patient, payroll or identity records through the general contact form before the appropriate arrangements are in place. Personal data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy; customer-data processing requires the relevant agreement and instructions. A general enquiry is not consent for unrestricted reuse of its contents.

Any allocation or limitation of service liability is governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law. Website information does not guarantee a specific result or replace professional advice for your circumstances. No wording here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor restricts access to a competent court or statutory authority. This page does not impose an unagreed monetary cap on an existing customer contract.
